      Gosh me too. I actually love to mince garlic and put it (raw) on a piece of warm buttered toast. Delicious and a great cure for a cold. Mmmm!

    For a quick way to peel a clove or two or… I use a ruber jar lid removing aid. wrap the garlic inside & roll – works great! once again – no peeling. Great blog this week.!

    This really does work but you have to shake it very vigorously for 30 seconds. It’s a real workout.
